Billed for books I returned
I was recently billed for a Christmas book. I assumed it must be for a book we received but had not paid for, although I couldn't locate the book, "Christmas From the Heart." I went ahead and paid for the book online on Nov.
20.
Today, Nov. 21, I received a bill for another book, "Celebrated the Season 2022." I am fairly certain both these books I've been billed for are books I returned to your company. The USPS tracking number shows the package was delivered Nov. 10.
The notice from USPS says, "Your item was picked up at a postal facility at 8:02 am on November 10, 2022 in DES MOINES, IA 50318."
Please refund the $35.94 I paid Nov.
20 and cancel the bill for $38.82 I received Nov. 21.

Received a slow cooker cookbook, I
Preferred solution: Need a postage paid container to send this book back. I have sent back twice thru post office, Return to Sender. Did Not work. They want $5.50 postage. I did Not order this, nor do I have a use for this book. I do NOT even use a slow cooker!!
